POS integration extension that connects any modern point-of-sale terminal to your Cloudbeds folio. F&B, spa, minibar, retail and activity charges are posted to the guest folio in real time; refunds and voids reverse cleanly. Supports split-billing, sharer accounts, package inclusions and per-outlet tax handling. Every posting includes the outlet code, server ID, seat number and item breakdown so the guest folio remains audit-clean. How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudpmsbed account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Cloudbeds module is ready to configure.
Connect your Cloudbeds API credentials
Enter your Cloudbeds API key under Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Cloudbeds access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Cloudbeds account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
